“There is no life for us back in Ethiopia, and there is too much violence right now in Libya.”

More than 3,000 foreign nationals fleeing Libya, including survivors of a capsized ship in the Mediterranean Sea, remain vulnerable in camps on the border in Tunisia. Several violent incidents in May 2011 left at least six migrants in one of the camps dead, and part of it destroyed by fire.
